So I’ve been meaning to try to get on with updating the site, but as usual life keeps on getting in the way, what with working and trying to make sure I don’t neglect the family, I’ve just been struggling to find time for Lego.
But last weekend I finally got time to have a little tinker and built Set 76912, Fast & Furious, 1970 Dodge Charger R/T.
You get a cool little Dom Toretto minifigure, and a really good build for the Dodge Charger.
I was surprised by all the little details, the little Charger insignia on the front grille, the Nos bottle in the car, the roll cage. All made the build that little bit more special.
Speed Champions is one of my favourite current themes, and I really like this years Movie themed cars, what with this set and James Bonds Aston Martin DB5. Hopefully they will prove popular and bring out some more Movie themed ones next year.
