During a leisurely stroll through Assembly Square with his youngest son, Ben, and his ever-patient wife, Emma, Inappropriate spotted a familiar face in the crowd.
“Look who it is!” he exclaimed. “It’s Lil’A here for a visit!”
They eagerly hurried over to greet their new friend, who had thoughtfully brought along the elusive Star Wars comic that Ben had been searching for last month—the one featuring the 212th Clone Trooper on the cover (curse those scalpers!). He even surprised Ben with a Ninjago Lloyd minifigure.
After catching up over coffee and cake, Inappropriate offered to give Lil’A a tour of the area.
And where did they end up? The Pirate Tavern, of course.
Adi came prepared, bringing some ale along with him. After a few refreshing drinks, he unveiled his final surprise—not what you might think, but his Pirate hat, which he wore with undeniable flair.
The group was having such a blast in the tavern that they decided to stay a bit longer… and then a bit longer still, with one more drink for good measure. You know how it goes!
Eventually, Emma caught up with them, and judging by Inappropriate’s condition, her timing was impeccable.
I was beyond thrilled for my first Sigfig swap with my awesome fellow LEGO enthusiast from Instagram, adrian_c308. I’m so glad he’s joined the fun in Inappropriate’s wild world of Pirates and Fantasy!
