We had a great little trip to the Southampton Lego Store at the weekend, and I got a little carried away as we’d not visited for quite some time. So I may well have treated myself to several of the new sets which were released on January 1st 2023.
One of the great sets I bought was number 60384 Lego City Penguin Slushy Van.
A great looking colourful set, with lots of playability for a reasonable price. At the time I purchased it, it was £17.99.
It comes with 2 minifigures, the Slushy guy, dressed in a penguin outfit, and a child with 2 different face prints.
Inside the box you get 2 bags of bricks, a sticker sheet and the instructions.
It was a nice easy set to build, so would not be difficult for a novice or experienced builder. It also comes with some fun features included, for example the front of the van looking like a penguins face, the massive slushy build on the top of the van and an awesome little slushy machine inside the van.
I would definitely recommend this set for anyones collection, it has loads of playability for children, and would look fantastic in any lego city, especially in a recreational area.
